DIY Weddings...

For the creative couple we offer DIY wedding buckets of fresh-cut blooms that are grown here at the farm, all flowers have been nurtured by us here in Devon, avoiding the use of harmful chemicals in our sowing, growing and harvesting. The flowers picked for your day will be grower's choice, choosing the best quality flowers for you to create your own floral arrangements.  We can advise you on seasonal flowers that will be available at the time and are happy to try and accommodate your colour scheme. Deer Leap Flowers is situated just outside of Exeter in Higher Ashton.

Our flower buckets contain around 60 stems of flowers, foliage and grasses for you to create your own wedding arrangements and are priced at £65.00 each. Flower buckets will contain the best of what is growing in our fields at the time of your event, always ensuring that you have plenty to work with along with fragrance and texture. We can pick for you or we also welcome you to the field to pick your own.

We have created a rough guideline to ensure you get the right amount when working out how many buckets you will require for the arrangements you want to create. We do recommend you allow yourself some spare flowers just incase. We are happy to correspond with you over email if you need extra help working out what you need.

Please note that this is a guide only, size/shape of blooms and the desired look, can affect the overall number of flowers needed:

Bridal Bouquet: 20-50 stems

Bridesmaid Bouquets: 20-40 stems

Buttonholes: 3-5 stems

Jam Jars: 10-15 stems

Larger vase arrangements: 20-40 stems

Milk Churns: 50-60 stems

We can also provide private workshops to ensure you are prepared for your day and feel confident when creating your arrangements.

Flower buckets can be collected from the flower field 24-48 hours before the event and delivery can be arranged at an added cost.
